I was visiting from the UK and my mother's hearing aid stopped working.
I took it in and HHH was so helpful he changed the wax guards and did not charge us anything.
Phenomenal service.

Jeff was so very kind to my grandmother. He made her feel welcome and comfortable when she was feeling very scared about going and in general regarding needing hearing aids. He was very pleasant and informative about her options and the products. Loved our experience and my G-mom was at ease when we left. Thank you so much Jeff.
