HEARING EVALUATION
Home Hearing Helpers uses brand new, modern testing equipment in a sound booth for accurate results of your hearing. We evaluate your ability to hear the softest sounds in 10 frequencies (even though OSHA only requires testing 6 frequencies) to provide a more comprehensive result in tone testing. We also complete bone conduction and the full gambit of speech testing to ensure we get the full picture of your current understanding levels. This assists us in ascertaining the type of hearing impairment you possess and whether you have an on-going medical condition which would necessitate a referral to an Otorhinolaryngologist (E.N.T.). CONSULTATION The result of the complete hearing evaluation helps us determine if hearing aids would be beneficial, and also is used to direct us to the proper type of instrument that would be best for you.
